Victoria Martinez is a lifelong resident of SWFL and an attorney at Vernon Litigation Group. Ms. Martinez’s litigation practice focuses exclusively on litigation, with a concentration in Business, Trust, and Probate litigation in both Federal and State courts, as well as arbitration.
Victoria obtained her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law, graduating cum laude a semester early. While in law school, Victoria served as a member of the Moot Court Board and President of the Latino Law Student Association. Prior to joining Vernon Litigation Group as an attorney, she joined the team as a law clerk which gave her valuable insight into the firm culture of involving the client as a key part of the legal team to achieve a positive outcome.
When she is not working, Victoria enjoys reading, attending music festivals, exercising, playing recreational volleyball and softball, and spending time with her family and friends.
