Vernon Litigation Group Investigates Financial Advisor Chad Ryan Barancyk

gavel on desk

Financial investor Chad Ryan Barancyk asserts that he is the president and founder of Naples Private Wealth, called NPW in many contexts. As a securities professional, he has had eight investor complaints lodged against him and, in the past, has been suspended by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). According to FINRA, he was suspended in 2017 for failure to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance.

Can You Sue Barancyk & NPW?

Vernon Litigation Group in Naples is currently investigating the situation involving Chad Barancyk’s activities in Naples. If you worked with Barancyk and lost money through his investment “strategies”, then you might be able to file a FINRA arbitration claim in pursuit of fair compensation.
